Nancy is the bread and butter of our team and has been in real estate for more than 20 years. She is the Arapahoe Ridge Neighborhood Realtor working hard in her community previously serving on the HOA board, hosting the annual Easter Egg Hunt for the 17th year, hanging the neighborhood Christmas lights, and helping with Memorial Day Opening pool parties and more. She has an Art and Interior Design degree and uses it to sell her listings faster and help her sellers reap the profits of a well planned floor plan and model home look. In helping Buyers she is willing to go almost anywhere and do what it takes to find her clients the best suited home for them. She looks for a long term relationship with her clients and feels that if she does it 'right the first time' they will always be a repeat customer!
